Bring the whole Family for a night in the great outdoors on the grounds of the Leeds Pond Preserve. Every other Thursday night during the summer, there will be a band, food trucks, guest speakers, science activities for the kids and more. This Thursday, JUNE 10: Listen to the Chauncey Upson Quintet. Get your brew from the Greenport Harbor Brewery, Dinner at the Big Black Food Truck and decadent rice krispy treats at Miss Krispys. Set up your lawn chair, spread out your blanket with a picnic, take a walk in the woods, watch the sunset over Manhasset Bay. Come see us at the Transition Town Port Washington table and say hello! SMLI is a Nassau County Park, so remember to take home everything that you bring in.
